The Fangame discussion forum (Forum 19) is a forum where members can post their recently created games, show the development progress of them or just point out a game that they liked. As MFGG is largely based on fangames, it is a fairly popular forum, sometimes hosting some excellent games, which in some cases, are even more impressive than the main site's selection. Another point is that games posted in the FD do not have to be Mario related, although they must still follow the forum rules.

Members need to post some information about their game before making the topic, otherwise the topic can be locked as there is no proof the game exists. If only a couple of sentances are present in the first post with no information, you may even be warned for it.

The fangame discussion forum is also often mistaken for the help forum, where members (Usually new ones) post questions about how to do something related to game-making. This is frowned upon by administrators and moderators, and depending on the severety, the person responsible can also be warned.

The Fangame discussion is currently not moderated, though is closely watched over by Yoshiman, as well as Global Moderators and Administrators.
