A fad basicly started by Naoshi and Avi when he asked her out (hypothetically speaking). Several other members did the same within a month. The only people to ever meet in real life was Boo Mansion and Talkingmushrooms as well as Klobber and Cammi. However with every fad there were those who opposed it such as Duckboy and Mario Gamer. Who claimed it would never work out because people could lie online right down to their gender. The fad died when most couples broke up. However a few such as Naoshi and Avi still exist. Hanyou and Salad were rumored to be couples, but that was all a joke.

Rumored Couples

Aside from the officially confirmed couples, there are also the fables - the rumored MFGG Couples. A situation between a male and female MFGGer being denoted as a "rumored couple" can submerge many different ways; a (supposedly) drunk Kaepora (who's renowned for being paired with many female MFGGers) once stated his 'love' for female MFGGer Salad; Medaforcer was paired with Jas after the two discussed "what it would be like" in an AIM chat with Bowserman and Kaepora. Many seemingly unnoticeable events such as these, that may not really mean anything, are pounced upon and betokened as a relationship due to reasons such as boredom.
