Notable things:

• Popular fangames
• Fangames that CHANGED THE SHAPE OF HISTORY
• Fangames that are reasonably well known. Lots of points if the fangame was actually released.
• Active members, or members who have made a large enough impact for their existance to be noted
• Useful utilities/programs
• Fangame terminology
• etc.

Not notable things:

• Your pet cat, even if it can do backflips
• Garbage
• Members or people we honestly haven't heard of or haven't done anything
• Fangames that have never seen the light of day in any shape or form
• "Fads" or events that very few people remember
• And so on, and so on.

I mean compared to Wikipedia MFGGWiki is tiny, so it should be fairly obvious what content should be written about, and what shouldn't be. If you have any questions, give Black Squirrel a call.
