The help forum is a forum specifically designed so that members can get help. Members can ask for help for anything, even if it's something completely irrelevant, as so the description says.
Unfortunately, many members tend to post help elsewhere on the board, namely the General Chat or Pointless Post Palace, which is generally frowned upon. The common excuse for this is "The Help forum isn't active enough, and nobody will reply", which is has been prooved untrue on many occasions.
