As of today, the submission on the main site has received straight 9/10 reviews. It was also criticized for it's extreme difficulty. MFGGer [[Wiiboy4ever]] claimed the difficulty the game was unexcusably frustrating, while mountain sweet claimed that the difficulty was brutal, and the bosses had an unfair advantage over the player. [[multimax36]] also said that the game was frustrating, along with the fact that the bosses weaknesses were hard to locate. An angry grammatically challenged comment started by Syr stirred controversy when he complained that the third world boss was too difficult, with excessive use of profanity. Super Mario Pearls of Wisdom is a 2D sidscroller developed by Firestyle. It serves as a spiritual sequel to Firestyle's Super Mario and the Sacred Bells.

Story

Mario and Luigi have been invited on a cruise by Peach and Daisy. However, Tatanga causes chaos for the friends and plots to take over the Mushroom World! Help Mario locate the 6 Pearls of Wisdom and defeat Tatanga's forces!

Gameplay

The player plays as Mario, and has to go across 8 worlds of 4 normal levels. At the end of every world is a boss level. Throughout the levels are several powerups such as a mushroom or fireflower. Mario can use these to his advantage.
