Starpower, now known as "Star", is a member at MFGG and came from Pixeltendo. He is often known for his spriting ability, more specifically his Mario & Luigi: Superstar Sag styled Wario Bros. He has finished both Wario's and Waluigi's overworld sprites and made a Float Bros. move for Wario and Waluigi. He has also finished Wario in battle but not Waluigi in battle due to had he lost his motivation to sprite and problems in his personal life like Hurricane Rita. For about half a year he had dissapeared from the internet. Many were worried that something happened to him. The reason for this was another hurricane hit him, Ike, and he was enjoying the many good things that were happening in his life.
Around October of last year he claimed he was back to sprite for at least a lil while. With the announcement of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, he has once again joined the competition to make the best Wario. For those who have asked about the long awaited Waluigi In Battle sheet, he says,"It will be made, I haven't forgotten about it. I assure you that you will all be happy and alot of progress has been done. I just never have that much time to sprite. Reason I hate to start spriting projects."
As of Feb 20, 2009, he is at work with M&L3 styled Wario and it is turning out quite well. He has teamed up with Ninspriter, who has made a M&L3 Waluigi and is a member of other forums and Starpower's friend, to to make moves that involve both Wario and Waluigi. Instead of Wario and Waluigi acting like Mario and Luigi in previous sheets, they will be bosses. After this project, he wishes to show his true talent to the spriting world. He hates just being known as a M&L:SS spriter. His old buddies like Frario and Medri say he can do a lot more and Star himself claims that as well. As many don't know, he has sold art to people around his town and is going to be selling his artwork in New Orleans soon in hopes of his name being even more well known. Possibly getting job offers for commercial art. He has appeared on the local news around his location for his artwork one time.
His hopes and dreams of success seem to be becoming a reality, even though he's been through some hard times. He has been spriting since Summer 2005 and drawing since he was 2.
He's currently seen on TSR Forums and is somewhat active, he's also called upon to critique Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story sprites along with Ridge Troopa.
