So, basically all that happened here was the file was just too dang huge for the Wiki to handle. Really wasn't something anyone could have expected, and in the end, it's good that this problem was revealed. The wiki's rules have been updated to reflect the finding, and hopefully prevent this from happening again. Your file has been scaled down and re-uploaded, and should work just fine now.
