To be honest it would be a lot nicer just to copy the code for the needsattention template and I dunno, give it a different coloured "!" box or an image or something.

Some of Wikipedia's templates for stuff like stub / protected / high-risk are some weird-colored things with the funky dark on the left, so I copied that
