The Kitty fad was started by DragezeeY when, having had his name changed to "CatezeeY" against his will, claimed that he insulted a wizard and was turned into a kitty as a result. After that, many MFGGers start to change their names (a few without having asked, resulting in some very minor controversy) stating that they too insulted such a wizard. Somewhere along the line, Supernova began claiming that his evil wizard character, Roushi, was the aforementioned wizard who had been changing people into cats.
