The Herald is the person who makes the MFGG Monthly News on a regular basis. The only special powers it has is the ability to make topics made by the Herald announcements in the General Chat (although it is only supposed to be used to announce the news). The only person in this group is .... uh... nobody really as far as the higher-ups of MFGG are actualy concerned.
