Wii

Upon the well-known revelation of the Revolution to have its name changed to Wii (wē), myriad forums immediately began the inevitable and idiotic adaptation of this name to various forms of humor, most unsavory. On MFGG, the forum reacted like most others; particularly, members began relating the name to all sorts of jokes, some of which were hailed well but most arguably possessed no effort, intellect, or actual humor whatsoever, mostly urinary.

The name change led to a noteable three page debate between Kaepora and Kritter, both holding fairly reasonable arguements. Unlike most other members making facetious comments about the name change, Kritter was against the name because he believed it would be a poor, and sudden transition between the two names, and that it would be difficult to get used to the current name of the system for both the mainstream, and befuddled, or 'blind' consumers. Kaepora suggested that while the name held little, or better yet, subtle depth, it was a fairly entertaining name which is suitable for a video game console, seeing as that it is a form of entertainment as well - and that the "Gamecube" was no more or less ridiculous than the "Wii". Parakarry posted poll results on the name change, and Kaepora gracefully surrendered stating that he aknowledged more people disliked the name than liked it. He ended with a closing statement and the last word of the argument proclaiming that "however, Bush lost in polls as well".
