Webmaster

The Webmaster group designates a cross-cutting role for managing the forums, website, and wiki at the highest technical levels. Although Webmasters hold all the permissions of administrators, they are specialized site staff, are not considered part of the conventional power hierarchy of the forums, and do not have any more control over policy decisions and discipline than a normal site staff member would have. Webmasters are marked with the standard site staff badge. This group used to house Retriever II, and replaces the short-lived Server Admin group in principle. As of November 8th, 2010, Char is the new webmaster.
