Typical Mario Game is a seemingly normal Mario fangame created by Supernova. It is created with the Hello SMB1 Engine and pretends it is a typical game, but soon becomes an insane, creative game, with Nazi zombies and a North Korean military base raid.

Gameplay

The gameplay is the same as expected from a Hello engine game, but with slight modifications to make it less frustrating. The first levels are normal, boring grassland levels, but World 1-4 suddenly comes with Nazi soldiers and a new powerup that allows Mario to wield a gun and shoot at enemies. Many other levels include the afromentioned base raid, an underwater level with a massive Cheep Cheep with a trollface, and an underground level filled with poop.

DLC is also included, ableit in a text document. The game comes with some preloaded DLCs, however. One DLC requested by a user which made it part of Supernova's Furby Saga.

There are five bosses included in the current version - a massive Nazi zombie, the Troll Cheep Cheep, "Turd Clock", a white turtle monster, and Bowser.

Reception

The demo of the game, when it was still known as "Hello Clone", received mixed to positive reviews. It was panned for its currently unedited physics and boring first levels, but praised for its creative ideas. The final version's only review gives it an 8/10, once again praising it for its creative ideas but panning it for overused graphics and the engine.
