The Doctor is the last surviving Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey. A timelord can have up to twelve regenerations, but it is the third (John Pertwee) who comes to MFGG.
The Doctor was created for Life on MFGG for some reason and also appeared at the Christmas Eve 2008 Event. His catchphrase is "reverse the polarity of the neutron flow".
Quackers gave the Doctor a 2006 MFGG Award after he claimed to have made a Secret Santa gift in 2006.
