He's a permabanned member. So, I think that this action shouldn't had happened. Besides, even though TheJoey is no longer a Sysop on here, I believe what he once said was his policy - "Perma's on the forums, perma'd IN REAL LIFE" - should count in this case. Plus, what he said in his edit summary, "I would rather this not be here," is clearly showing that he has something to hide, most likely regarding his permabanned status.
