Regarding the last part of the article: This is the original Cocained Mario account, not a different one with the same name. You can tell from the warn log, since it contains old warns by Trasher, and the disgusting stuff was posted after Trasher was demodded. This is almost certainly just a matter of forgotten ban time.
Why wasn't he perma'd in the first place?
Like I said, it was probably a matter of Trasher accidentally not adding ban time. The "old warns by Trasher" were supposed to be permabanning warns, or at least one of them was (he put three entries in just for the heck of it). I'm guessing Chain Chompa never logged back onto the account until this time (unless his account was hijacked and it was someone else who accessed it this time).
