Doesn't change the fact he was banned for posting nothing other than that picture, whatever its meaning was, which was kinda ridiculous.
It was the final straw. He was (i.e., you ^ were) already a millimeter away from a perma when that happened. I may not be a mod but that was quite clear.
But this is a damn ridiculous place to argue about bans, so I'm not lowering myself to posting about this subject on here anymore.

Unrelated but I find this HILARIOUS:
On December 1st 2006, Dark Kamek used an image from Biddy's webspace. He was told to remove it by Biddy, but refused. The result was Biddy changing the image to Goatse. Biddy was then banned by Jeff Silvers for 5 days
