Super Mario Storm Advance is a mysterious remake of Press Start's Super Mario Storm. It is seen here in a Visualboy Advance window, but it is unknown if this is a mockup, a clever ruse through copying VBA's icon and name, or if it is actually a GameBoy Advance homebrew.

It is worthy of note that the shown screenshot does not display the FPS of the ROM, which is admittedly a toggled feature; but it is on by default in VBA, with little reason to turn it off.
