MegaTailzChao's Super Mario Quest' is one of several games with this name, and features loud music, unstable gameplay, and poor level design. Mega has since improved.
Overview
It had 5 levels (Mario's house, a world 1-1 remake, a world 1-2 remake, Peach's Castle, and a desert pyramid) because being scrapped due to being terrible. It used Mario and Luigi styled sprites, which were known to be terrible in platform games.
