Super Mario Land is a scrapped demo created by SMBMM. It is a poor remake of the Game Boy classic, Super Mario Land. Oddities present in the game are color-changed sprites, Spearheads, and the fireballs don't act like how the Superballs do. It was actually released on YoyoGames months before its MFGG release, where it was actually praised mainly for recreating the first level faithfully.
Reception
The demo was received extremely poorly, with results of 2s and 1s for review scores, due to the oddities mentioned above, and the fact that this is one of those games made with Hello's Open Source SMB1 Engine.
