Biography

Before he came to MFGG as Stixdude, his first account was Martino B. (that's his real name, btw). Things were going smoothly until the cancellation of his first project, Mario's Journey. After a while, he left MFGG because his topics were getting ignored and he felt the members didn't like him much. That's when he created another account named after one of his characters (known as SupaStixdude).

When he first joined (as SSD), he created an introduction in the Arts Board. The topic consist of his greetings and about 2-3 pixel work he made with GraphicsGale. But after Stixdude found an large request topic (FuPoo's topic), he decide to make a request topic of his own. While he doing pixel avatars for a some members, his request topic started to become as popular as FuPoo's topic was. He thought to himself that this was his chance of becoming one of them, but things started to go down when he was overpleasured by some impatience members who just wanted his pixel work to join in on a fad he apparently started. This cause him to leave the message board again.

It seems that everytime he come back to MFGG, he always make another request topic trying to regain the popularity that he lost. But sadly, things didn't work out for him. He also started a debate about pixel art and sprites not being same after making a comment when he entered a sprite competition and left the message board once more. But things started to change for the better when Kitsune Yamato asked him to join his forum as moderator, which he highly accepted. Even though he wasn't as popular as he was back then, he was still glad to as least made some awesome friends at MFGG.

Duplicate Accounts

Before he joined as Stixdude, he had several accounts (besides Martino B.) that he created during 2004-2006. Some of them were:

  • Retro Kong
  • DarkMario7281
  • NikoYoshi
  • Retro-Boy
  • SupaStixdude (He made this when his account wasn't working for him.)

Trivia

  • Stixdude's Wii Code is 6847-7349-4322-3712.
  • When Stixdude was working the pixel avatars, a fad started where MFGGers would animated Stixdude's homemade avatar and make the avatars do wacky things.
  • When Stixdude cancelled one of his games, he released the engine he worked on to the MFGG public. He also made a Chain Chomp tutorial, but the chain chomp didn't act like the ones from the Super Mario games.
  • Stixdude was working on a MFGG comic, but he cancelled the project after he recieved negative feedback about the story being generic.
  • Stixdude was the one that created the staff icons for MFGG 2.0. In exchange, he was able to request a name change, bypassing the 90-day rule.
  • Some of Stixdude's friends are Soniro, Demonic Jello, Super Shroom, Tri, Tragic (Aric), Kitsune Yamato, and NO Body (anyone else that's my friend can add their name in the list).
  • Stixdude is a 'ONE PIECE' fan. 'ONE PIECE' is a manga about a pirate named Monkey D. Luffy who wants to become the Pirate King by finding the legendary treasure, 'One Piece', which belong to the Gol D.
