Stixdude
Biography (narrated by Stixdude)
Before I came to MFGG as Stixdude, my first account was Martino B. (that's my real name, btw). Things were going smoothly until the cancellation of my first project, Mario's Journey. After a while, I left MFGG because my topics were getting ignored and I felt the members didn't like me much. That's when I created another account named after one of my characters (obviously known as SupaStixdude).
When I first joined (as SSD), I created an introduction in the Arts Board. The topic consist of my greetings and about 2-3 pixel work I made with GraphicsGale. But after I stumbled into a very populated topic filled with requests (FuPoo's topic), I decide to make a request topic of my very own. After doing pixel avatars for a couple of members, my topic gain large amounts of popularity. I thought that this was my chance of becoming one of them, but things started to crumble when I've been overpleasured by impatience members who just wanted my work to be part of a fad I apparently started. This cause me to leave the message board a second time.
It seems that everytime I come back to MFGG, I always end up making another request topic trying to regain the popularity that I lost from leaving the forum several times. But it was a failure. I also started an argument about pixel art and sprites not being same (which I found highly ironic since I think that video game developers who make two-dimensional game using the pixel art method to create sprites (even though sprites can be vector or three-dimensional as well)) and left the message board. But things started to change for the better when Kitsune Yamato asked me to join his forum as moderator, which I accepted. Even though I wasn't as popular as I was long ago, I'm still glad to as least made some friends while I was at MFGG.
(Somebody can fix up the grammar in these paragraphs if they want to.)
Duplicate Accounts (narrated by Stixdude)
Before I joined as Stixdude, I had several accounts (besides Martino B.) that I created in 2004-2006. Some of them are:
- Retro Kong
- DarkMario7281
- NikoYoshi
- Retro-Boy
- SupaStixdude (I made this one when my 'Stixdude' account was in validating mode.)
Trivia
- Stixdude's Wii Code is 6847-7349-4322-3712.
- When Stixdude was making avatars, a fad started out where members would asked other members to animated the avatars they recieved from him. Sadly, the fad only lasted for a week.
- Stixdude sometimes like to joke around, but others don't find me funny.
- Stixdude was the one that created the staff icons for MFGG 2.0. In exchange, he got his account's name changed into 'Stixdude'.
