Character
The_Sponge joined in November 2006 when his pal, Neopolis told him the place was pretty cool. He was'nt very active in his first month, but in December, he started to post regularly. Sponge did not want to use his human character as he does on other sites because he thought a Mario creature would be better. So, he made his persona into a brown haired Blooper with a fez.
Friends
Sponge isn't too popular compared to other MFGGers, However, that doe'snt stop him from having great MFGGers as friends. Sponge and Neopolis have been friends since 2005. He also seems to get along with GeneralGuy, Shanks, and LuFa. But it is unknown if they do aswell. Sponge is also one of the few members who is still friends with MechaBowser, Even after his Permaban.
History
Sponge does not have a big history on MFGG, Since he has'nt even been on a year yet. However, Sponge is mostly known in PPP, Occasionally making threads. One of his most known was Squirrely, which caused a bunch of spinoff threads in one day, then later died because it sucked. Sponge was planned to be included in MFGG Ware's opening sequence with MFGGers faces on Cards. Sadly, MFGG Ware was canned before that was possible. Sponge has also been banned once for apparently, Harassing Kyli the Hedgehog as a joke. Same day as his sig changed into a train of GIF's.
