Sparks is a member who joined in 2006, only to go idle after a long amount of time, and returned to post a fan game in 2009, said fan game has details below. Also said to have an account that dates from 2004. Responsible for next to nothing on the forums, and has nothing to his fame of name at the forums. Spriter, artist, and joke cracker, he's pretty active in the CCC and General Discussion.

Past and Present Projects
Failed fan game projects; Sparks used the Sonic Worlds engine to develop two fan games, which both ultimately ended due to lack of knowledge.
A ROM hack of Sonic 3K is currently in works, with help of a Dis-assembly from an off forum friend.
