SoftVore is an MFGGer who first joined the MFGG forums on February 7, 2015. Since then, she has been fairly active on the forums, primarily in Developer Discussion. She is currently working on a platformer starring Rachel the Yoshi Girl, an anthropomorphic female Yoshi with a pronounced stomach. Most of her posts pertain to this project, whether sharing updates about the game or asking for help solving programming problems. SoftVore is one of the relatively few female members who are active game developers.

Controversy

SoftVore's project has met with mixed reactions from the MFGG community. Her project has generally been praised for good sprites and fluid animations. However, various MFGGers have criticized the game because of the sexual connotation of "vore"-themed games. One of her game-related topics had to be split after the discussion got derailed.

During the sixth Drawing Competition of 2015, DJ Coco poked fun at the controversy behind SoftVore's game in his drawing.
