ShadowMan is an administrator famous for his over-the-top April Fool's Pranks, messing with the PPP, and creating controversial decisions and rules. He was the co-creator of Hitler on Ice and Waligie, as well as the "creator" of the History Of Cans. He is currently working on Luigi's Game.
ShadowMan is also an assassin from the future hired to kill Joey in the present. He will be sent to the past, to a sort of "limbo-time" when there was no time yet, by Joey himself to kill Joey so that time loops and corrects itself.
