Qwerty Triple6 (known as qwertyuiop666 at the main site) is a fairly active MFGGer. In the middle of 2014, he made MFGG Yugioh cards (which, it's topic can be found here: MFGG Yugioh ). Though, he stopped making them at late 2014.
Reference
His ref is called a 3-Down Moon, which is the opposite of a 3-Up Moon. It's design is the same as the 3-Up Moon, expect that it's red instead of yellow, has a angry face rather than a happy face, and it can take away three lives on contact. Duplicates of Qwerty Triple6's ref made an appearance in A Typical Day, which, they can be found in the hallway before the boss. They'll stay underground until shortly after the Goomba passes them. Like their intended behavior, touching them will insta-kill the Goomba.
