Plumber Waluigi (tentative title) is an upcoming fan game currently being developed by Alex in Game Maker 8. It is a story-based puzzle / adventure game, starring Waluigi and his apprentice, Percy Piranha.
The game's gameplay and design are mainly based on Alex's favorite video game series, Professor Layton, but also include several original elements. The game tries to simulate the Nintendo DS's dual screens and "touch" feature: It has two screens, with one above the other. The one at the bottom has mouse interactivity.
Most of the graphics in the game are from the second and third Paper Mario games, and music / sound effects are from various video games and other media.
