Parakarry is a well-known member of Mario Fan Games Galaxy. Although his drawing may not be very impressive, he is drastically improving. He is ShadowMan's brother.
Although there are some who view him as slightly whiny, Parakarry has dramatically improved over the past few years, and if any irrational hatred towards his earlier irritations persists, he no longer publicises it as liberally.
He has a strong distaste towards plot or feature spoilers, sometimes even those given by official sources. It is for this reason he will often avoid discussions on games he has not played yet.
Parakarry suffers from certain social problems, and finds it difficult to adjust to major changes. This has gotten him into many irreversable outlooks on his personality, and has driven him into constant stress on the forums, predominantly when the board's design is changed.
Achievements and Talents
Parakarry is observed as an accomplished voice actor, particularly as Mario; some have said he is second only to Charles Martinet himself.
Parakarry is also a dedicated reviewer, but often passes around submissions on AIM to poke fun at them.
Forum History
Parakarry joined in April 2003 a year after first finding the site. He soon took an interest into the main site, and began to contribute. He found a habit of reviewing fangames, as there were not very many on the site. With his own review thread running, eventually Parakarry reviewed enough times to slowly, as FanGuy put it, bring reviewing as a whole back into vogue.
When the site was shut down and many of the files ended up broken, Parakarry and his friend Willy Goldwater went to work to search for a cheap, reliable server to host on. When that was successful, Parakarry rallied to the repair and re-submitted all of the games he had in his computer back into the main site.
On October 2004, the staff hired Parakarry. Since then, he has worked to re-link games and sprites, standardize all the dead or out-of-date thumbnails, accept good submissions and deny the bad.
As of late December 2004, Parakarry retired from the forums. He is still an updater for the website. Though uncertain, he thought he would return to the forums in the future as at least a part-time member, because he missed his friends.
On Februray 2005, Parakarry made the decision to return to the forums permanently, his attitude improved, and he is considered by some to be a great asset to the main site.
On November 2006, Parakarry dropped from the forum again, but eventually returned on March 1st, 2007.
In August of 2007, Parakarry was banned for one day by Joey. During this time, Parakarry allegedly stated that he would be leaving MFGG forums until Joey was demodded, and also allegedly created a petition for others to sign in hopes of getting Joey demodded.
