Paper Mario World is a fangame by superadammario with aid from Yoshiman that was not well-accepted - particularly disliked, in fact. Levels were haphazardly assembled, graphics clashed and were poorly resized. Yoshiman provided voiceovers in between chapters.
The game is considered a hallmark of poor quality; all pretenders to the throne are usually compared to it.
