Super Mario: The Oddyssey Chronicles (or "SMOC") is a fan game being developed by pucifur27. It originally started in September 2005, but has undergone some serious changes since then. There have been three engine changes, three plot changes, and even more graphical changes. Only recently has pucifur revived this old project.
