Neopolis is a normal, fairly active member of MFGG, who is mainly active in the PPP. He suffers an unhealthy obsession with General Guy, and is currently working on a fangame featuring him as the main character, originally titled "Super General Guy". Lately he made an 'edit' of General Guy, who looks kinda like him, but has military clothes and a custom mask.
