Mario Memories is a fangame that has been in production for nearly two years. Razz, the creator of the fangame, has continually scrapped the game, usually without telling anybody to refrain from disappointing people. Whether or not the game will actually be finished is a mystery.
Names
Mario Memories has gone through many, many names; Its previous, and more well known name was Mario's Epic Dream. The name has since been changed, to fit the style of gameplay better. MM (Abbreviation for Mario Memories) was also referred to as Mario & Bowser's Tower in the early days of production, back when the plot was completely different from it is now. Razz also had several other names planned, most of which sucked.

New Graphical Style
Resembling cave story (This was actually intended), the game attempts to be retro and fun looking. The goal of course, is to make the game look interesting and fun. Notice that the background images aren't pixelated like the sprites and tilesets are, which is a attempt to make add an extra sense of depth to the scene.
