Gameplay

Mario Kart: Speed Strife uses the traditional gameplay of the Mario Kart series, in which, eight characters race against each other in go-karts across a variety of tracks. Most of the tracks are inspired by many different Mario Kart titles, and there are twelve different characters, four of which have to be unlocked by earning a gold trophy in a cup. Across the tracks are Question Blocks, which gives out an item to those that have collided with them. Those that have an item, can use them, usually against other racers. Each track has three laps. There are coins that the racers can collect, which, they can hold up to ten coins.
