Mario's Time Battle 2 is a sequel to ShadowMan's Mario's Time Battle. It was released on January 13, 2008.

Picking up where the first one left off, the game sports a gloomier and more enigmatic setting than the previous one.

Levels

1. The Void
   Mario is trapped in The Void and must get to the end of the stage amidst disappearing platforms.
2. The Light
   Mario finds his way into The Light. Blocks fall from the top of the stage, and Mario must use them as they pile up to reach the top of the level.
3. Non-existance
   Mario has to quickly ascend from the platforms in Non-existance as the stage vertically scrolls, threatening to pull him down.
4. Somewhere in Austria - 1930
   Mario finds his way to the beginning area of the first game. In here, Mario must navigate a maze of blocks that turn invisible the closer he gets to them.
5. ???
   Mario meets an opposite Mario, who says completely different things than him. Once the two Marios touch, the game is won.

Trivia

• The game originally didn't have any lives. After comments that the game was too unforgiving, ShadowMan added three lives.
• The blocks originally would kill Mario when they were falling, regardless where he touched them. After some testing comments, ShadowMan made it so that Mario could land on the blocks as they were falling.
• Non-existance was added as a third level before the fourth level, as ShadowMan thought the game was too short.
