Overview
The third and final installment of the Mario's Mansion series. Canned early to later be put in Mario's Mansion Perfect Collection which also was canned.
Story
The mansion has been destroyed and it's been revealed that Luigi was being controlled by a creature called the "Dark Being". He escapped into a dimensional warp promising revenge. So of course Mario and Fanguy chase after him.
