Mario's Dumb Holliday is a tech demo meant to showcase 'MARIO'S DUMB JUMP ENGINE', a Mario engine created by Renhoek. He had stated that the chances of him making the tech demo into a full game is quite unlikely. While the title made it seem like a joke game, many users offered praise for the short demo.
Gameplay
After selecting Mario or Luigi, the player is sent to a large snow level. The game controls like a standard Mario platformer, but it also contains features from various games across the series, this includes vegetables from SMB2 and clear pipes from Mario 3D World.
