A Disambiguation page is basically a page of links that all share the same (or similar) names.

For example, "Super Mario World" could mean a SNES game or it's sequel, a cartoon show, many fangames, or the world that Mario lives in. Hence a page needs to be put up to make sure users go to the right one.
