One of the first major projects undertaken after gamester accumulated an advanced understanding of the Game Maker language. Karate Mario utilized Slamman's totally awesome sprites to create a unique fangame platform fighter that included an endurance mode and a seige mode, with Bowser as the final boss. The game later evolved into "Super Karate Mario" with more modes of play reminiscent of Super Smash Bros. Melee with a home-run contest, break the targets, fighting 8-bit team, and more.
