Dr. Cigarman is an 09'er who is one of the last members to gain access to the CCC before the trial member system was implemented. He has a peculiar tendency to frequently change his IRC name, changing it several times over the course of a conversation, eventually settling on one and using it for about 20 minutes at a time.
Dr. Cigarman is also narcissitic, pretends to be a girl at times, and is constantly changing his age and place of residence in an effort to totally conceal his identity.
His Ref
Despite having some sort of creative abilities, his ref was much disputed and whined about for about 2 months until MarioMK1 offered to draw him a new one. The ref is based on a fat entrepreneur from the Disturbed music video for their cover of Land of Confusion.
