JudgeSpear is the creator of the popular fangame, Mushroom Kingdom Fusion. He also does various things in MUGEN. He is not very active on MFGG, instead mostly staying on the forum for his fangame. His forum is here. Later on he resigned as the leader of Mushroom Kingdom Fusion, and Super Mario Fusion Revival. He started as an indie game developer.
