Joey is an ex-secret admin of MFGG; just an ordinary member. Many claim he holds certain administrative or moderative powers to this day, but these are simply rumors and nothing more. Dismiss them. Joey is also featured as the final boss in MFGG's Cavestory Hacking Project.

On March 22, 2007, Joey taped a piece of toast, butter side up, onto the back of a cat. He dropped it from a tall building in New York City, which resulted in a server-wide crash (from New Hampshire to Pennsylvania). All maps on the server were down, and many citizens' connections were lost. He wrote an open letter apology to the administrators:

"I would like to apologize for the other day's server crash. Although many of you were not aware that it had actually happened, the admins reading this will understand.

The other day I had taped buttered toast, butter side up, onto the back of a cat and dropped the cat from the rooftop of an apartment building (on East 53rd Street in New York City). Doing so caused a server crash. All maps between US_NH_01 and US_PA_46 were down because of it. This bug has since been fixed in the March 20th patch.

'The property of cats landing on their feet will now have a priority over toast landing butter side down. Fixed known exploit.'

I understand if the admins decide to ban me because of this, but I just wanted to say how sorry I was. Thanks."

As a result, he was banned for three months.

On March 31, 2007, amidst the chaos a member uprising, Joey took psychic command of every member of MFGG and ordered them, telepathically, to kill themselves or "Self Terminate." The servers went down soon after and went through a reboot. A backup of the server was loaded, and the incident was covered up by administrators.

On June 22nd, Joey became a moderator for the General Chat.

Achievements

Joey is the first member to earn more than five of every Drawing Competition badge: 5+ Gold, 5+ Silver, 5+ Top 5. This means he is no longer able to receive Drawing Competition badges. He has since stopped contributing to drawing competitions due to other work bogging him down, and has put it upon himself to try and oversee that current drawing competitions go smoothly as planned.

Created The Larch fad, which only he could post. Co-creator of Hitler On Ice and supporter of the History Of Cans.

He is currently the site designer and co-idea-maker of 20th Century Fish, which includes flash movies created by ShadowMan. He thought up and presented the idea for 20th Century Fish: The Flash Contest.

Moderator

Former admistrator ShadowMan once told Joey that he'll regret being a moderator and hate himself after four days.

Joey has a strict "no bull***" policy regarding the forums despite having his powers limited only to the General Chat. If you are a terrible poster on the forums or any sort of troublemaker, Joey will ban you. Most of the criticism about his strictness comes from those who have been banned.

This has even sparked the "Joey should/shouldn't be a mod" dispute.

Despite all of this, however, Joey is confident in his position and his choices.

A Physical Representation

I'm watching you.

Usually always sporting an untucked dress shirt and tie in reality, his MFGG Forum illustrated persona reflects this (with the shirt being black and the tie being red), with an added eye-patch over his right eye. Many of his characters (or "brain children" as Joey likes to call them), created for art purposes (sometimes comic ideas), wear something similar to this fashion, from the eye-patch worn by pirate character "Dread Pirate Rackhem" to the red tie worn by Slavic revolutionary "Ivan".

But Don't Just Take My Word For It...

Actual quotes from other people about Joey:

MechaChao: Joey's the voice of the people.

Kaepora Gaebora: When it comes to message boards, Joey doesn't have friends. He either has either acquaintances, or enemies.

Klobber: jaslfjsa I WISH I LOOKED AS MANLY AS YOU JOEY

Dann Woolf: Come on, he has Lawful Evil written all over him.
