Jaden1291 the Toad is a member on the MFGG forums and mainsite. Additionally, he's also one of the members of the SMBX community (under the name of FutureNyanCat2002). Jaden1291 started spriting at a very young age (he even did spriting at 10). Along with Myte, he is one of the few Filipino members of MFGG. He joined the mainsite on September 4, 2011, and the forums at May 10, 2013. His catchphrase was "Holy question block-ians!"

History

Jaden1291 discovered Mario Fan Games Galaxy in 2009, as a guest. He created some sprite sheets to submit, and even for his comics as well, however he didn't know how to register. Later on September 4, 2011, he was now ready to register. He submitted three sheets: a SMW sign sprite sheet, a SMW edited blocks sprite sheet, and a custom SMW HUD sprite sheet. The SMW edited signs and the SMW edited blocks sprite sheets were declined instead, and now his first submission was a SMW HUD sprite sheet. Technically, his first sprite sheet was a sheet of SMW edited signs, which later was improved in 2015 into the "SMW Expanded Sign Sheet".

The sheets can be found today at his own Sprite Topic, which can be accessed here: Jaden1291 the Toad's Sprite Topic! On May 10, 2013, he decided to join the forums, and he was glad to do so. Most of his posts are in Graphics & Audio and General Chat today. He is always up to welcoming new members and playing forum games, while supporting some projects such as Abducted Toad. Many of his friends include Smbmaster99, Miles, VinnyVideo, and more.

On March 27, 2014, Jaden1291 the Toad returned after he was offline for a very long time without any notice. It was because he lost his access to the forums when he lost his PC privileges. As of now, he regularly submits sprites, and does casual discussion.

On February 2015, he returned after a year-long hiatus. This was because yet again he lost his PC privileges. He also attempted to post on the forums using his newly-bought Nintendo 3DS XL. Luckily, his privileges were returned during summer time (after graduation day), but he doesn't post on the forums anymore. Instead, he submits sprite sheets (mostly SMW extended tilesets) on MFGG's mainsite.

On March 14, 2015 (which was also Pi Day), Jaden1291 submitted his first extended tileset.

Character

Jaden1291 is a Toad with a blue/yellow cap and sunglasses. However, his sprite appears to be edited from A.J. Nitro's SMW styled Toad. Because he's a free citizen of Toad Town and MFGG, he can't protect Princess Peach, but he can always befriend other MFGGers and even other Toads. Jaden1291 was also depicted to be using heavy machinery such as tanks and special technology such as flying hovercraft and teleporters. A sprite sheet for Jaden1291 was submitted to the DeviantART MFGG Gallery, which allowed other members to use Jaden1291 in joke games and comics.

The character was mostly seen across Jaden1291 the Toad's profile pictures, mostly in the style of Super Mario World.

Later on, when Jaden1291 joined the Geometry Dash community, his character in the game was the icon unlocked when beating Dry Out. His colors are blue and light green.

Social Media/Games/Internet

Jaden1291 is also known for using Twitter, just as a few other members do (including VinnyVideo and Gatete.) His first Twitter account was FutureNyanCat, which was supposed to be based around his SMBX account only. It was created in 2012. The link to his Twitter was also posted on the MFGG Forums via his signature.

However, in 2014, his account was locked out because Jaden1291 was using another computer, however Twitter accidentally thought Jaden1291 was hacking his own account. Luckily, he managed to get a new account in no time. His new account is Jaden1291, similar to his MFGG username. It was created in 2015.

RP accounts were created by himself. He created Prince Dreambert's RP account. (Prince Dreambert was a character in Mario and Luigi: Dream Team) Both accounts began tweeting about Megan Sim every day and night. Unfortunately, the obsession with Megan Sim has gone too far, and thus it also infected him on MFGG, the SMBX community, and more.

However, he decided to tone down the obsession to a minimum level, after creating his second Twitter account, agentjaden0702. It was supposed to be used as a backup in case his original account gets hijacked. He decided to use "agentjaden0702" extensively! On the other hand, his only MFGG friend on Twitter was VinnyVideo, later followed by the rest of the staff, including HylianDev.

In 2011, Jaden1291 made a YouTube account. Of course, his username was still Jaden1291 on the popular video-sharing website. As of 2014, it was on hiatus. On his YouTube channel, he posts videos about SMBX, Mari0, Angry Birds, and other things. He also posts his Future Nyan Cat animations created using pixel art. Later in 2015 and beyond, he now posts Windows Crazy Error videos, based on Kenyue's original Crazy Error videos, and that of various YouTubers including Misael512223 and avrilloosing.

In 2014, he played Geometry Dash Lite during an episode of Forevermore on ABS-CBN. The first level he beaten was Stereo Madness. A year later, Jaden1291 bought the game from Google Play Store on his phone on December 12, 2015. His username in Geometry Dash was AgentJDN. This became his top #1 favorite game, next to Super Mario.

In late 2015, Jaden1291 created a Miiverse account called "AgentJDN" with a Mii named "AgentJaden". He usually posts screenshots of games he played like Nintendo Badge Arcade & the more recent Mario and Luigi: Paper Jam (mostly glitches he tests in game)

Catchphrase

His catchphrase is "Holy question block-ians!" This first started out with a comment on a sprite sheet of edited SMB3 small Mario poses done by danimario9. Because the thumbnail had a Minecraft cake on it, Jaden1291 replied with this: "Holy question block-ians. HE IS A MINECRAFTER AND MARIO FAN!"

The catchphrase was sometimes used when Jaden1291 the Toad reports serious news and updates from the real world on General Chat. On lu9's video topic for his MFGG comedy video series "A Typical Day on MFGG", the topic's description said "holy question blockians!!!!!" which was a reference to Jaden1291 the Toad. In addition to this, Jaden1291 also replied saying that placing him in the video and his quote, too, was a big wow. A handful of MFGGers regard this catchphrase as annoying, failing to understand its significance.

The catchphrase was also brought back once more in the summer of 2016 when it was mentioned in the description for Jaden1291's SMB3 Extended Desert Pipes Tileset

Sprite Sheet

Jaden1291 made a sprite sheet of himself, which was submitted to the official MFGG DeviantART Group. It was in the style of Super Mario World, as he used A.J. Nitro's toad sprites to make his own character.

An updated version of the Jaden1291 sprite was made by WillJill89 and geno2925. It was first seen when Jaden1291 on the SMBX forums checked his private messages and saw an updated Jaden1291 sprite sent by WillJill89. Later on May, he found the full sprite sheet on WillJill89's DeviantART account which was sent through comments. It was now placed on Jaden1291's imgur account, and in addition to this, he linked the sheets on his signature.

The Jaden1291 the Toad Statue

Jaden1291 thought of making a statue of his own when he saw Thunder Dragon's statue. The idea wasn't finalized until May, when he created a profile picture depicting his statue. It was about to be touched by a clone of Jaden1291 the Toad.

The statue, when touched, gives an electric shock for 5 seconds instead of instant death. Because of this, many MFGGers tried to stay away from the statue, which can be a shock hazard. The statue was also colored. The statue was also originally intended to be golden like TD's statue, however that may look similar to a regular Toad wearing sunglasses. Because of this, Jaden1291 changed the idea so it's a colored statue.

• In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, Jaden1291's favorite character was Larry Koopa. (one of the alternatives for Bowser Jr.)
• Jaden1291's favorite character is Toad, as many Toads are said by him to be male (excluding Toadette), and that matches Jaden1291's gender, which is male. Despite this, Toads were said by the Mario community to be rather ambiguous in gender.
• Jaden1291 doesn't program any games in Game Maker. Instead, he makes sprites and does chatting in General Chat.
• He has two computers - one has Windows 10, and the other was a Windows Vista PC (which is now defunct).
• Jaden1291 also had his own statue, despite it multicolored. This was inspired by the Thunder Dragon statue. This was depicted in his current avatar as of May, when a clone of Jaden1291 was seen skidding to touch the statue.
• Jaden1291 likes technology, science, computer, and seeing the far future and beyond.
• He is one of the youngest members to be active on MFGG. He joined at the age of 11.
• Jaden1291's favorite section of the forums is the General Chat.
