Highway Trouble 2 (or HWYT2) is a Metal-Slug Mario fangame that is a sequel of Highway Trouble. Highway Trouble 2 is initially going to be simple game for mobile phones. Upon cancelling it supernova deviced he might give it another chance of PC expansion. But it was ceased in production due negative responses from Android Play Store.
Highway Terror
In April 2016, supernova changed Highway Trouble 2 into Highway Terror with different characters. Thus transitioning from a fangame into an indie game.
However Supernova might release the canned version with the game's source in the near future.
