Hello, also known as Hello Fangaming, is a member who joined MFGG in 2006, and is known for the many different fangames and engines he's released at MFGG. He is the creator of the Hello Mario Engine, also known as the ""Hello Engine"", an engine that is used very often, but has been met with heavy criticism.

Submissions

Many of Hello's earlier submissions were created using open-source engines provided by the community at the time, including the Trisoft Engine and the Ultramario Engine. This all ended a year after he joined MFGG when he started creating engines of his own. Hello, like most users on MFGG, started small, and has improved his work over time. his engines are used in many of his fangames, with the exception of a few, such as Yoshi Tanks .

Criticism

Many MFGGers have criticized Hello's works because of the use of overused graphics like the ones from SMB3, and Black Squirrel. In addition to this, he has been criticized for the lack of code comments in his engine. Hello has made attempts to rectify this situation, and gave the Hello Mario Engine more code comments than previous versions.
