Flood limit

The Flood limit is a posting restriction that applies to all forums on MFGG, save for the rare "event" forums. It prevents normal members from posting too often, by forcing them to wait 15 seconds between each post (though originally this limit was higher). It also does not allow them to use the search feature within this time.
Administrators are not bound by this limit and can post as often as needed
