The Mario Fan Games Galaxy page on Facebook was created on July 2nd, 2017 by Pedigree as a proof of concept for promoting MFGG on social media. The page contained examples of the kinds of posts you could expect such a page to share such as announcing site updates, featuring competition entries, wishing members Happy Birthday, etc. As part of Vinny Video's "Sweet 16" site update on July 9th, 2017 the Facebook page was officially announced and is currently maintained by Pedigree.
