Event Editor as seen in MMF2, with custom column colors and cell icons.

The Event Editor is one of the editors where Click coding takes place. It is arranged in a grid-like pattern, with rows representing events and columns representing objects. Right-clicking a cell brings up a menu containing that object's actions, and double-clicking a cell will open up the Action Editor for that row. Cell contents can be dragged and dropped between compatible objects, or a blank cell can be dragged on a filled cell to clear all actions within it. Icons representing a used cell can be changed.

In MMF2 and TGF2, alternating columns can be changed to display different colors. Triggered conditions also show up in a different color (red by default) to help differentiate them from evaluated conditions. Object icons can be rearranged, and can also be put into collapsible folders. In addition, an arbitrary amount of whitespace can be created between any two icons by dragging them apart.

Hovering the mouse over a used cell will display a popup box that shows the actions performed on the object for that event. If there are more than about 14 actions, only the first 14 are shown, and a message displaying the number of "collapsed" actions is made visible; these actions can be viewed in the Action Editor.
