Emoticon
An Emoticon is a selection of symbols or images used to show what the person is feeling like. They are very common on the internet as well as with mobile phones and other text based forms of communication. MFGG has it's own set of emoticons, which can be added into posts simply through clicking on them. MFGG's emoticons consist of:

Many find the emoticons not to be of the best of quality, and do not use them. It is true that a lot of the emoticons do not really show an emotion, or rather, more than one show the same emotion, however it is unlikely that they'll be replaced because they have become part of MFGG's history, spawning many emoticon fads (Especially :soveryhappy: which has inspired it's own cult).
In addition to the forum's current emoticons, a couple new ones were meant to be added. And the :cool: emoticon was to be updated. However, as should be expected, not everybody was happy with the change. Kritter was convinced that the emoticons were pointless and would just be overused. And he would not let that go. Kritter wasn't alone in it however, a couple others complained as well. Because of the complaints, Klobber got fed up and removed the new emoticons not even 10 minutes after they had been added. He was frustrated that everything he does for the forum just results in more complaints. The updated :cool: emoticon stayed however. And you'll see it used often now.
