Dr. SVH was a member who joined the MFGG Forums on February 6th, 2005. He is widely known for his obsession with the Soveryhappy smiley (as the username suggests) and tendency to get banned.

On August 8th, 2007, Dr. SVH was permabanned by Joey from the forums for creating a dupe account to flame the administrators and request a permaban.
